Disassemble before washing; hand wash in warm soapy water or dishwasher (top rack only) To disassemble: 1. Pull plastic straw and silicone straw from bottom of lid 2. Pull plastic straw and silicone straw apart To re-assemble: 1. Push plastic straw into silicone straw 2. Pull silicone straw through top of lid
